How Japanese dump their trash
Considering that yesterday for me was plastic bottle recycling day, but not plastic bottle cap recycling day, here's a NYT article on how the Japanese dump trash.

What's with the people who sell out their neighbors? Is this some sort of cultural thing I don't understand? Our neighbors hate us, but they haven't contacted Moiin to get us kicked out (that I know of).
