My Friend Mark

If you guys haven’t checked it out yet, this is my friend Mark Ganek’s column on Orkut, which was bought by Google. Mark is hilarious. His writing can be hit-or-miss, but he always has a few good zingers per article. My favorite was a recent one where he opined “This obsession with combination is one of the strongest impulses in the modern marketplace because the more our gadgets and products are combined, the more efficient we become, or at least that's the theory. For instance, the Hummer is an exceedingly efficient way to combine transportation and being a terrible person."
