There was an analyst that was a pain in the rear at Bear in the telecom group. A huge storm came raging through NY and it was raining cats & dogs. I had a buddy of mine at Merrill call him up. He said that they needed an associate in banking for telecom and needed to interview him ASAP 6 blocks away at a Starbucks. As soon as he got off the phone we gave him a bunch of work to do ASAP so he was in a total panic, said he'd be right back to do it and ran out. We waited 15 minutes and called him up and told him to get his ass back to the office and bring us some coffee!!! He came back soaked to the bone and ripshit. But what could he say? He ran out to interview with another company after all. Ahhh.
