Crunch Nasty

I am at work. I'm crushed, but the bloggin' don't stop.

Also, Ben has instructed me to download the song "Westward Ho" by Westside Connection. I will post an evaluation as soon as I hear it. I rated it a "100" on launchcast and then fired up my station, hoping to hear it soon... Ironically "Don't Dream It's Over" by Crowded House came on instead.
